Maintenance method

1, When the bearing is running to a time (Or maintenance period), the bearings are all removed.

2, Use the diesel or kerosene soak bearings to clean. And you can open the sealing cover and then to clean if you have a good technical skill.

3, Wait the oil runs clear. Take appearance inspection to insure without damage.

4, One end of a 150mm stick that diameter is equal to the inner diameter of angular contact ball bearings (a hollow tube best) is fixed to a bearing.

5, Put the other end of the stick (woodwind) at the top of the ear or audio amplifier microphone to hear the bearing turning noise when you turn around the bearing fast by hand.

6, Poking at the stick in horizontal after the fixed bearing, and check the bearing for wear and loosening.

7, The serious loose, bigger turning noise, serious defect FAG bearing should be eliminated and replace the same one.

8, Take a bucket of grease (high quality yellow dry oil) and melt it on slow fire (Do not overheat). Put the checked bearing into the barrel until there is not bubbles overflow. Remove the bearing before the grease is cool so that the residue on the bearing is little. If not, the residue on the bearing is much. The residue on the bearing depends on the need.

9, Clean the residue on the surface of bearing with a soft cloth or paper. Return to the original condition. Maintenance is completed.
